How Does the Space design process work?

Here is a brief overview of the process itself:

1.  Free consultation to evaluate your needs

and determine course of action.

2.  Planning and layout of site, gathering

and organizing content.

3.  Custom graphic work and page layout design.

4.  Site Development and site testing.

5.  Launching of site, email accounts, etc.

6.  Maintenance and tweaking of site.

After your FREE initial consultation,

SpaceAcres.com can provide you with an overview of the proposed site construction.  

Upon approval of overview, actual construction will begin.  During construction, you will be asked to view aspects of the site for approval.  Upon completion of site, you will be provided with all graphics and html files for your website on CD-Rom disk for your safe keeping.  Should changes need to be made before completion of site to the initial design or layout, we can work together on refining the design to fit your needs. 

   Important Info: 

 Before any work is to begin, a $500 deposit is required and a written agreement will be signed if total is more than $500.  Otherwise, full payment is required before any work is done.

Then, once the site is complete and is "LIVE", the balance remaining is due immediately.

Complete payment must be made the moment the site is made live, regardless if website is complete.

Once work has been completed

and uploaded, and complimentary maintenance period has passed, if there are any changes to be made, extra charges will apply at the hourly rate of $35.00 or you can take advantage of our

maintenance plans.
