Sure! We also accept local checks (Nashville TN area) and money orders, or certified checks. - Do you provide a payment plan option? What if I go over budget?
No. We cannot make arrangements for you to make payments on your balance. We require a $500 deposit before any work is done (if your total balance will exceed $500), then the rest of the amount after completion. Your website will not be accessible until final payment is received. We keep a running total of expenses, and will inform you should it appear that you are going over budget, so you can decide how to proceed. - I have a question about graphic or photo sites. Does a "click here for larger image" count as a separate page?
Yes. Any link that requires it's own page (except for those links going to an outside website) counts as a separate page. An additional charge may incur. - What if I need more pages later? Can we add them?
Anytime. If it is within one year of your contract date, Space Acres will honor the prices quoted you. If over one year, you will pay the going rate. - Can you scan photographs to use on my site? What if we don't use all of them? Am I still charged?
Yes. We can provide that service. We are happy to scan images and make them web ready for $7 each. We can make digital pictures web-ready for $5 each. Please do not submit any photograph that you do not wish to use. You will be charged for our time, regardless of whether or not you decide to use the photo. - What if I want to make changes to my site after it's published?
No problem. If you purchased a maintenance agreement from us, you are entitled to one hour per month. If not, changes can be made at $35/hour. - Why do I need a maintenance agreement instead of plain hosting?
If you are able to update your site yourself, then hosting is all you need. If you don't have time or a clue how to do it, and plan on updating your site regularly, we suggest you purchase a maintenance agreement with us. Hosting is free when you sign up for maintenance! - How do I submit my website search engines?
Space Acres optimizes each site we design for Search Engine Placement. We submit your site one time after completion. You may purchase a SEO plan and we will submit on a regular basis, which is needed for higher search engine rankings. - How long will it take for my website to be completed?
T his depends on how fast you can get us all of the information we need! It ususally takes us approximately one week to do our part. If you can get every thing we need- copy, web ready photos, etc. your site can be up and running in as little as ten days! - Can I view my site before its finished?
Yes. Your site will be uploaded to the SpaceAcres.com servers until it's completed, and full payment is made. You will be provided with the address upon start of the project. - Does Space Acres back up my website regularly?
Our servers are backed up nightly. However, once your site is up and running, we recommend you back up your files yourself, regularly, just in case. We will not be responsible for restoring your data should a loss occur. - Can you help me write copy for my site?
Yes, we can. However, this is not included in our packages. Please refer to our hourly rate for this feature. - I need a shopping cart for my e-commerce site. What do I do?
Shopping carts are complex and come with many options. Too many to list here. Please contact us and we'll discuss your options. - I'm still a little nervous about the whole thing. It's a big investment, after all. What do I do?
